Michael Bickoff

Michael has his M.B.A. in Global Business Administration and B.S. in Accounting and Finance. He manages all of our client relationships. Michael has successfully completed over 100 projects and has built a great reputation in South Florida. Michael is responsible for all sales, client relations, project design, material selection, scheduling and finance. He wears many hats at our organization and wears them well. Michael is incredibly honest, loyal and driven to do a great job.

In addition, Michael can be found networking with local organizations, giving back to the community and playing golf.

Ted Bickoff

For more than 30 years Ted has been state licensed general contractor in Florida and Massachusetts and is certified by the National Association of Home Builders as a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). Ted specializes in the renovation of high end single family homes, oceanfront condominiums and commercial spaces.

Notable Projects Include:

Regatta Riverview Residences - (8 Museum Way, Cambridge, MA) – General Contractor:  The project entailed a complete renovation of two 24 floor high rise towers which included all common areas, remodeling 434 units, built a new exterior and interior lobby entrance, fitness center, theater, business center and offices for the management company. Ted was the General Contractor for the project which exceeded $10,000,000.

The Ritz Carlton Hotel – (Boston) – Complete renovation of rooms and suites, common areas, banquet facilities and dining rooms. Ted was the General Contractor and the total project exceeded $5,000,000

Mandarin Oriental Hotel (Boston) – Ted was the General Contractor for the hotel renovation and the total project exceeded $500,000

Harbors Towers Condominiums – (Boston) Ted was the General Contractor for the complete renovation of two 40 story residential luxury condominiums towers which included all common areas, business centers and meeting rooms. Project Size - $1,500,000

Park Plaza (Boston, MA) – Ted was the General Contractor for the hotel renovation and the total project exceeded $4,000,000

Lake Delray Apartments (Delray Beach FL) – Converted 10 existing apartments to fully handicap accessible units to comply with ADA standards. Total Project - $175,000
